Personally I'm new to mazdas...
I'm totally confused on how the vvt cam works...
So far i've found out that vvt is only on the intake cam.. with one profile... which is either advanced or retarted a few degreees by the ecm/ecu...
its totally different from Honda's VTEC with 2 cam profiles... and diff from honda's i-VTEC with VCT on the intake, considering i-vtec is VTEC with VCT on the intake...
however hondas VCT is retarted or advanced hydraulically...and mazda's i have no idea...
explain please.... cause.... whenever you go to a honda site.. they explain fully the myths and truths about VTEC and i-VTEC...
