?How Do I Lube the Sunroof?

I got some sand/gunk in the track and i know i have never lubed the system - so... How do i?

easy, just make sure she has one leg in and one leg out

blow out the dirt with air - the air can or whatever.

spray in some silicon lube on the tracks.

clean up any overspray.

while you are at it, you should clean the rubber molding around the glass too, and then lube it with some thing to keep the rubber soft and from drying out....my car was only a month old and the roof started rattling around and making all kind of noise...turns out the rubber piece had gotten dirty and once it was cleaned, it was nice and quiet....there was a thread about this just recently.....
