How do i get "regular" again?

lol, just messin.

But serioulsy, my sleep schedule is really messed up.
I normally work 9-6 monday thru friday. 2 of our dealerships are moving locations, so me and the other two IT monkeys had to move the phones, and computers in one night. We started around 7pm, and went non stop untill 1pm. ya, 18 hours of work. I went home and slept around 2pm on monday, set my alarm for 5pm. I woke up at 9pm with my alarm still going off (hate when i sleep thru that thing) So basically i knew i was screwed, i knew i wasnt going to be able to sleep last night. I finally went to sleep at around 6am this morning, its 10 now, on my way to work, but with only 2 hours of sleep, im realllllly tired.

I figure as long as i stay up untill around 10 tonight, i should be fine. Problem is, ill need help. Do those mini mart energy booster help? would anyone reccoment a drink or something that will last all day?

i thought you ment carbon fiber, anywho to become regular again just be up for 24 hours and when you are tired just go to sleep at the correct time :)
 
I kinda had that prob too. I had to work from 9 pm to 6 am due to power outages, then had to be at work by 9 am. I fell asleep at work for like an hour. My bosses sent me home and said i would get paid for the rest of the day. They knew i worked my ass off the otehr night. (yippy)
