Actually, for the first time in my life that I've been up here, it's not freezing cold. The weather is just crap. All rain and clouds. Had any fires close to you? I'll be back in one piece...I miss my car.

Interesting.

There has been a lot of fires. Not nearly as many in the previous years but they are keeping "tabs" on things pretty closely. There was one that broke out 5 miles from the house yesterday while I was on my way to work. Things are STILL dry as all get out. We've had chances of rain, but jesus, nothing seems to drop.

I have to go get my mom from work and then I have to get ready to leave. later gator.
