Honda vs Mazda

OKay... A few threads down I asked about getting a job as a salesman at a dealership. The general consensus was that it was a pretty good job, so I've been out applying and posting my resume. Here's what I've come up with:
1) A job at a Mazda Dealership (with obvious benefits) that doesn't pay much to start and offers standard comission for a beginner. It's a smaller, but very well established dealership, so it's going to get decent traffic and there won't be tons of other salesmen competing with me.
2) I also have a great shot at a Honda dealership that's pretty well established in a good traffic area. They're looking to expand big time in the next year, which means more competition for the sales, though potentially more money.
Mazda seems a little more laid back and my style, but the money off the bat and the easy sell at Honda is tempting.

lol that's what I was thinking, but the guys at the dealership I went to came off as nice and educated about the product they're selling. Of course I wasn't a customer, but they were still cool.

can't speak for the dealerships, but...

honda's sell themselves, and is a much more established automotive company with an excellent rep for quality. the right choice in the long run for a career would be Honda.

However, the Mazda product is more fun, and mazda is making a great come back so it's exciting right now. Will it get to the level of Honda? Probably not, will it crash and burn again?? never know but Mazda is more risky.

The right choice is whatever makes you happy, money isn't everything.
