yeah bummer...oh well another popular tire place is selling the 17x7.5 5zigen fno1 rc wheels for 150.00/piece..the offset is 43mm...Im sure it would be fine stock height..but lowered on cobb springs I wonder..Might pull the trigger on those hmmm

LOL, I just researched both of those wheels... the K1 TS was discontinued months ago & Tire Rack has been sitting on 2 of them... in GOLD... for quite a while. Only 16 lbs in the 18x7.5 size, so I had really wanted them.

Ended up going with the 5Zigens, but they weren't on sale for $150. Damn! That was only like a week & a half ago. LOL

5Zigen web site is very vague about weight, says 18-19 lbs for the 18x7.5's, but footnote says weights are approximate & vary by size. 1010tires said they are 17.5. I posted pics of the 5Zigens in another thread last week.

With the +43 offset, they look fine on stock suspension, but I think any sort of drop would require a fender roll to avoid rubbing on bumps.

Sorry to hear that BillTheCat..Hope you like your 5zigens...Yeah thats what i figured..I love 17's but you gotta drop em to look nice. well hopefully the rota 17's and thier 48 offset will do me better.

Yeah, I decided against it. Not totally convinced I wouldn't rub with 17x8 +43 wrapped in 225/50-17. That and it would totally be an impulse buy.

LOL yeah im with ya there..and good decision cause thats a tough offset for any garantees...Hey Kain what do you think about 17x8 g-force wheels in steel grey my true red ms3..offset 48mm..think a modest drop from cobb springs would be ok?
