I want to add a hitch to my 2025 CX-90. Will it be installed by the dealer or manufacturer? Is factory/port-install more reliable? Is there a way to ensure that it’s installed at the factory? Thank you.
Factories do not install accessories.
Those that are on order list shall be installed at the port of entry... e.g. LA port on west coast.
Dealers can, of course, install some if they want to or you ask them to.

Maybe they work for Mazda (no idea).
What I meant was the accessories are not installed in the factories the vehicles are produced.
Imagine this. A guy who installs roof racks over and over again. He can do this 10X more efficiently than any of us.
