Well Chantel and the other lady were kickass towards me every time I have been in. They fixed my broke exhaust, flashed me, and gave me three sets of new bushings, and replaced all the turbo hoses with new silicone hose.
I called the other day and instead of a service rep I got what I assume was a tech on the phone his name was Kyle he tried to bs me about the radio not being covered under my extended warranty (which is explicitly states it IS) and basically was a bit of an ass to me.
My head unit just died. Had I waited one of the reps would have gotten it fixed for me but since he was such an ass I just bought a new one and I may not go back there to purchase my Wife's RX8.
All in all I am fairly pleased with Hiley's service. And to be fair the tech's have done EXCELLENT work on my car and have always washed it, vacuumed it, dried it and drove it around to me like I was a big shot.
Plus it was the holidays so I guess they want off just like anyone else.
NOTE: I HAVE ALWAYS HAD A BOOST GAUGE IN...but no electric connection for it ie no light hooked up to avoid any problems.
