High Power LED vs Standard LED

I just bought a Black Mica 2007 Mazda 3 and I'm starting to do all my mods. Can anyone tell me what the differences are between the High Power LEDs and the regular LEDs please.

there's an option for high power ones and just regular ones. i don't get the difference.
