well, there are alot of different ways to interpret "less quality". Technically, yeah, probably, but I would have no idea what sort of efficiency they would be compared against.
For example, if you go to Walmart and buy an HP printer, it has a "z" at the end of the model number. It is also 25% cheaper for the same "model" as opposed to buying it at Best Buy. The "z" models (from walmart) use "less quality" parts in them and that is how walmart can sell them cheaper.
Another good example is the Husky line from Home Depot. They are actually a thousand different companies that label their products "husky" specifically to sell in Home Depot. It is nothing more than Brand recognition.
There is nothing to say that one screwdriver is "less quality" from another. They are just different, sold under the same name.
