HiBoost Install

well that sucks sorry to hear chris I ended up working late so I didnt call Ill still take the grille though if Im not working this weekend maybe we all meet up and take a look a your car till then good luck

yea i just a longer hose and now its better. Also im swithing all my clamps to teh t-bolt style. But i'm stalling still after hard accel, so i have to resurc my BOV some how.

T-bolts will definitely help out man. After all my experiences with at least 3 different types of clamps, the t-bolts are without doubt the best. You do have to be careful not to tighten them too much, or you can crush pipes.. (eek2)

if you punch it, then put the clutch in, dont your RPMs drop and almost stall? Everyone is saying either to recirc, or movemy MAF infront of the BOV

First Bov I had was a greddy type-S. I think everyone's car stalled for a while in the beginning. I remember having to rev it a little bit when the RPM's started to drop.

After a while i think the computer just gets used to it being there and knows how to correct the problem. The RPM's on mine rarely even drop now and i mean rarely. When they do the automatic start kicks in. I don't even have to look at the RPM'S.But this is rarely. And I'm on my second BOV , Greddy RS and it doesnt stall either. It holds rpms and boost alot better than the type S.

The BOV isnt affecting your performance at all right?

Here is my new setup, I have my BOV setup to Recirc now. It seems to be running better, but the tuning never ends.
