on a side note, how often do you do the 3 part Mequire system.

I put it on a few months ago after yo mentioned it nin a post. Doesn't seem to repell water worth dick though anymore.

That is the coolest thing I have ever, ever seen. When I'm rich and eccentric, I'm getting some of that.

Wahh, and does it say you have to apply it with your bare hands?

....that's so sexy. Huhuhuh.. cargasm.

A good answer - "Platinum"

The 3 part Meguiar's is an excellent system, but it does need to be applied more often then, say, the "Platinum" system, which a friend and I applied last week. You probably saw a few posts, responses to this. It's a polymer product, and you can combine the usage of Meguiar's products with it.
www.premiumautocare.com
$14.95 for the Platinum Ultimate Paint Protection
$9.95 for the Platinum Pre-Cleaner (must be applied first)

Both of the Platinum products, we applied with Meguiar's application pads (by hand), and we polished with Micro Fiber Towels. Vapor Cleaning Products has a great deal on these.

...check your PM for the complete process we did.

Been waiting till the rains stop here to try their lineup :)

Photos of their cars

Looks like something worth trying and take a couple of days to fully prep and clean the baby. :D

I will be sticking with the Meguiar's line, and the Platinum Collection from Premium Auto Care.

Those are good products to use though I have just been looking for something new to play with.
Also on the lookout for new products, and always aiming to be the test bed for them :)

If you haven't tried the Platinum Collection, give it a shot. Incredible! $14.95 for the Ultimate Paint Protection, and $9.95 for the Ultimate Paint Pre-Cleaner. Applied with the Meguiar's application pads, and removed with Micro Fiber Towels.

hey, if you have that pm saved of the entire process could you pm it to me. i have a show coming up and wanted to try it. thanks.

Why not? Try the Gold Class by Meguiar's. But; if you want a real hard-on, try the "Platinum Ultimate Paint Protection" ($14.95) next. Buy the Platinum Ultimate Paint Pre-Cleaner ($9.95), too. That must be applied first. www.premiumautocare.com
You can apply both with the Meguiar's application pads. You only apply the Pre-Cleaner a section at a time.

We polished both off with the Micro Fiber Towels.

Hey Dex! Did you see my puppy dog?

1st MP3,

I have found that MOST liquid waxes only last about 1 month, but if you go old school and use paste (i.e. Mothers, Zymol Paste, Meguiars) they will last longer than that (but hey I wax my car 1ce a month anyway! :D)

Just FYI
