How's everybody doing? Just sold my '92 GMC Typhoon :( and have been looking for a Protege5 for a while but ended up with an '05 3. I like it a lot and am very happy with it. It's already lowered but needs a camber kit on it. Are those easy to install or should I take it to a shop? The car has a lot ahead of it. Plans for now are cold air intake, full exhaust, wheels. Then I'll see where my funds are at haha. I'll get some pictures up later. Hello all

Wazzup and welcome to the forums. I am not sure about camber kit since I currently don't have one but I don't think they would be hard to install. As for intakes look into AEM, F2, Ingen or Fujita F5 and for Exhaust try, OBX, Vibrant, HKS, Borla and Racing Beat.

The camber links aren't too hard to put in. Maybe a few hours total. Labor alone will be like $200-$300 (ridiculous amount).
Save your money for the alignment.

Sweet. Thank you very much. Also, do the stock stereos have an ipod hookup?

There is a genuine Mazda iPod Integration Module for ~$120, but note that you'll also need a wiring harness and/or switch box for it that's just about as costly. Which module to get and which harness you'll need are dependent upon whether your head unit has satellite radio or not and whether or not your 3 has an AUX jack in the center armrest (note: yours probably doesn't have an AUX, based on its model year).

For example:

Obviously, remove the spaces. :D

The price at the above website appears to include whatever harness/switchbox would be necessary for your particular installation. But by all means, shop around.
