I could be the stupidest man alive. Ok i put in the blue h4 bulbs. they went in fine but when i try to take one out the wires wont come off from the back of the bulb

I would say to try after you let the bulb cool down, because I had the same problem. I tried to get it out and it would not come out but then I took it to the dealership and they got it out right away. So it made me look like a dumb ass. But if you keep trying when it is hot you will eventually pull out the metal prongs off the bulb like I did on one of mine.
