go to kbb.com, not sure if it works for canada but you can get an idea of trade-in and private party values. You would probably have better luck selling privately because a dealer never wants to give you what your car is worth and mazda 3's are easy to sell because they are in high demand.

your car is basically the same as mine so i would venture a guess of around 13,500 USD,m not sure the conversion to CAD and the other costs in canada.
