I think my AWR rear sway bar endlinks are too long

I used to have the AWR endlinks installed in my P5, the problem with that endlink is that the bushing are solid rubber bushings instead of softer rubber with holes the OEM one has. Problem becomes when the endlink moves (from the suspension travel), it makes some really bad noise from the rubbing of rubber and metal, I tried several times to add lubricant but still can't get rid of the noise, then I started to have back problems because I drive so much in that car so I change it back to OEM. The endlink itself is of the same size and spec as the OEM, the only differences are: Solid tube instead C shape steel and solid hard rubber bushings on each end instead of soft rubber bushings.

I am still new at this...
basically it appears that the endlinks are adjusted to their tightest or lowest setting.
When the assembly compresses, the link hits the frame or something.

i think awr has a "new" fix for the endlink problem, mine were fine after the first fix with the rubber washer, but it's clunking again...i'm gonna write to anthony again and see what he says...
