I have been looking but haven't been able to find any threads or links that show how to remove the factory stereo. I want to dump this POS and put my new Pioneer in!

you should have tried the audio forum....where this thread belongs....

look in the stickied thread at the top...the one that has speaker sizes and all in it...about half way down the first post is not only instructions on how to make the tools if you don't want to drop $10 on the tools....there is also a link to the thread on how to use them or the store baught tools.

A sticky is simply a thread that stays at the top of a page no matter how old it is; heance being a sticky thread. You can view it like any other thread.
