Help me do a DIY dent repair

Hey.

Ok so this is the first time Ive ever dented my car, and I feel horrible =(

I dont want to pay for professional dent removal because this is a small dent, and I can live with it. Id still like to attempt a DIY dent repair though. The pictures are attached.

I saw a Youtube video on dent repair, and it looks like something I may be able to do. The hard part is trying to "pop" the dent back so that it looks as normal as I can get it. I know I wont be able to get 100% perfect results. As you can see in the picture, the plastic bumper has been dented inwards. I have tried popping this plastic back, but its stuck. I am guessing there is some metal structure behind the bumper that is out of shape? You can also see that the metal area around the turn signals needs to be popped back out.

I want advice as to how I can get behind to apply pressure to these areas. Do I have to remove the plastic trim piece under the wheel wells? I actually applied undercoating to the entire wheel a few weeks ago, so alot of the screw are kind of covered. Maybe someone can give me some tips on how I can get my hand behind that area to attempt to pop this dent? Other general advice is welcome of course.

Thanks.
