Throttle cable may need to be adjusted. Have someone hold the pedal all the way down and look at the TB with the intake pipe removed and make sure it is not under or over opened. Should be perpendicular to the opening.

I love it! I did a day trip from Cleveland to Niagara Falls and back... some nice open road. Easily hit 100, got close to 120 but came up on traffic, so slowed down. And to all you whiners about speeding on public roads: get over it! Why the hell is everyone doing performance mods if they're not looking for more speed?
All of that and still averaged over 30 MPG. God, I love this car. It felt rock solid on the road, even at the higher speeds.

I could care less if you did it away from traffic.. but when traffic is present you cross the line..
