where did you get a fake mintblue kit from? took me a minute, but then i realized that the "front lip" was actually a full bumper replacement... or so it seems.

No it's grafted onto the stock bumper it looks like.
used to be turbo but then i removed and sold it to someone on this forum because i got in trouble with it since i live in california. now all i got back on is the injen downpipe, magnacore wires and full exhaust. not too preoccupied with how fast my car is since i only drive it once in awhile. its more of a crusing car now. but i will still modify a few more things in there for more power.
yes, its a full bumper. only thing is that its all fiberglass.
its a whole separate bumper from the oem.
actually dimensions made a knock off from erebuni which is the kit i have, but last time i checked, erebuni didnt have my kit anymore. also, the placement for my fog lights is a little different from the original, although that can always be modified. my fog lights stick out more.
