No, I agree too. I used to run an auto shop (4yrs). And people that come in demanding s*** get s***. You don't go out to eat and demand the food to be a certin way, you ask nicly. And if you go off like this about a car wash (and from a dealer noless) then you more than likly did come off rude at the dealer.

A little bit of humility and charm will serve you well in the outside world, and you'll find that any good business will be tripping over themselves to help you if you treat them with respect.

On the other hand, simply demanding s*** and expecting it because you're entitled will get you crappy service. I hope you're not like this at restaurants, kelkeo, and if you are I hope you enjoy the delecate seasoning that saliva can bring to your food.

Then he went to McDonalds, ordered a McRib, got his face all dirty, then pulled up to the drive thru and demanded that the chick clean his face up + brush his teeth. Hours later returns with his ass covered in with McRib s*** and demands a babywipe.

Haha, we can play this game all dizzay!

uhnnn...my head hurts from reading pages of utter crap.
How about an age check here? The dude was just venting, let it go.

Keleko's posts have been nothing but complaining. I think he's just had a really bad month with his car and his attitude has suffered as a result.

It was ok at first, but now its just annoying. Even thoe they said they would clean it, don't expect the dealer to do anything they say. Just break down and clean the car yourself. It's not too tough. Stop the complaining, and make some useful threads for all to view.

Why is this in the P5 section anyway?

Giving someone bad service because you don't personally like the way they treat you is wrong. They're the customer and that's that. Without a customer there is no job, period.

No one is saying it's right, but its called "Street smarts", its the way things in the real world work, fair or not.
And the truth is, you'll almost always get more out of people, in any situation, by being polite and respectful BEFORE becoming rude and hostile.

At our company...our philosophy is "Treat people the way you'd want to be treated." That's pretty much the bottom line. No one believes that the "customer is always right" bulls*** s*** anymore, because businesses know that is never necessarily true.
