Yeah, that would be fun, but here's a bump for now.

I'm here too, also on the north side, why didn't you ship your speed over?

I'm 8 days out from returning back to the states.
Do you have a speed in Norway...if so...man that is COOL!!!

Was in Rapid City, SD for a semester as an exchange student, a nice starting point for roadtrips! - I was on 3 in total those 5 months.

Imported my titanium MSP with me home afterwards. (The picture in my avatar is in fact the shadow of my car at my parents house)

Actually, most 323 around here is the 323F version, so most people don't even see the the 323 in it before I ask them to compare.

Haven't taken that many pics of my car here, but here is one from right before I got my Norwegian plates on it.
MSP.jpg

I had to show it to "statens vegvesen" (our DMV) one second time and take away the tint on the front windows and yellow sidemarkers to get it approved, took this pic to remember it before I had to take away tint because it was dealer added and not factory (I sorely miss those tinted windows! (cryhard))
Still can't decide if theese Mazda 6 M-style rims are better looking than the RacingHarts, what do you think?

I usually don't carry a camara around, even though I sometimes regret not having it with me, but my mobile does have a crappy camera built in. Isn't winter fun?

And I would guess my full avatar pic is almost mandatory (also phone pic)

I sent you a PM with my modlist

i had to sell mine to help fund the move. i originally came as a student for just a few months but now im here to stay. really could use a car too... but i do live in central london so i just walk to work anyways. its nice to know theres another mazdaspeed this side of the atlantic though!

@ Isbre, very nice ! Probably the one and only MSP in europe?

I know of only one other turbo-ed Protege sedan, which is the Dalhelms Wings West Track car in Sweden. If it still exists tho.

And the other original protege in Europe is a 1.6 pro somewhere here in the Netherlands. Stocker.

My car is just a 323 sedan with usdm/cndm bits added.

There are some guys from London, no MSP or MP3's but 323F's BJ's.

Yup.

1998 323 BJ Sedan, we (my fam) bought it on the introduction day
of the car. Which was somewhere in August 1998.

How it looks now (just different headlights now)

The headlights I swapped in just recently.

The sedan/saloon is what isbre says, not so popular like
the 323F. I was the only sedan at this German meet.

oh and don't ask about the engine, we europeans weren't really
blessed with the engines.

LOL. I know I was in Turkey for 2 years. The engines were not 2.0l.
Your saloon is sexy as hell man!
Excellent job!

I actually know of another MSP in Norway, in the Troms area I believe. A friend of mine saw it drive around. I found it for sale a while back, it has around the same milage, same color and is stock except for a crappy CAI conversion connected to the stock plastic pipe.

I though about trying to track down the owner, but it's so far away (approx 2000km)

My MSP is a sedan, but I'll sure check out club323f

Hi Arnheim

I agree with JDM-P5 about your car looking good. Do to the insane car taxes in Norway the MSP wouldn't be for you unless you would plan to move to here, the ad was gone in less than two weeks too.

Where are you in the Netherlands? I'll probably visit amsterdam on my way back from my roadtrip since the alternative is waiting for 8 hours on schiphol. Also, I missed sensation white this year because I couldn't afford it, but I will most likely try to get there next year.

Importing it would be crazy here too.
Unless the car was older than 10 years.

I'm in Arnhem, near the german border.
About 90 km's east from Amsterdam.
And sometimes near Amsterdam since my gf lives near it.

Just saw your map for your roadtrip (eekdance)
any chance you could take me with you in ...lets say a suitcase? (rofl2)
No but cool man. Hope to do somewhat the same in the future.
Last time I visited the SF / San Jose area was in 2002 :(
