Helbigtw official tsb request guidelines to follow, please read.

Unfortunately, as the forum has grown with many members, I have been overwhelmed with requests for tsbs.
While it started with folks shooting me a note asking for one, it soon became pm's such as "Hello I have a 2012 CX-9 can you send me all the tsbs" or "Hello I have a 2009 CX-9 can you send me all the tsbs relating to brakes" or "Please send me every tsb you have."

Common' people.

What is involved in me sending you a full tsb is accessing a private internet database, pulling down the tsb, printing it to pdf, then editing the pdf (getting rid of watermarks, overlays, logos, etc so that it only contains the tsb info and nothing else).

While I save most of these on one hard drive, that hard drive is not always accessible to me when I'm not at home and/or don't have that computer turned on, and don't have the docking station powered up, etc.

I would love to help many of you out, but I do have a life and what some folks on here are asking for is way too much of my time.

Here are my rules, or I WILL IGNORE YOUR PM:
1) Send me a PM asking for a specific tsb. (If you are a longstanding member, its ok if you need a couple of them)
2) Include what kind of car you have which this tsb applies to. (year/make/model/trim level/fwd or awd)
3) Most importantly, you need to give me an email address for which to send the pdf file to.

Don't follow my rules and I will ignore your request.

My willingness to help you only goes so far. When I get pm's asking for entire lists or like 10 different tsb's, I just don't have time for that.

I would love to create a master file or files with all these pdf's, but just haven't gotten around to that yet, and also am not sure how well that would go over with certain individuals and/or entities if I went that route.

This is designed to help you out when you have a problem. When you are having a problem or think you might be having a problem, or anticipate a problem for some reason, you can reach out to me for the tsb to help. That is what this is designed to do.

Thanks

Poor helbigtw.
This reminds me of the days when I would get one or two requests for WorkShop manual pages.
It has been pretty quiet recently since someone posted a link to a PDF version online.
