Headunit firmware update?

Does anyone have any news on a firmware update to the head unit to correct bluetooth and iPhone/iPod USB issues in '13 and '14 models? Our dealer said they hear they were working on one, but that was months ago and I haven't heard a peep since. It is so inconsistent. Sometimes Siri works with it, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes music starts playing when on a call, sometimes it doesn't.

Mazda Australia called me after I posted on their facebook page and said it's not a software thing and the communication module needed to be replaced. They just got the new one for testing before releasing it to the dealers.

Hello,
I have a 2014 Mazda CX5 - GT and wondering if Maxda has released a fix yet for the USB plugin not auto resuming when the car is turned on. It's extremely annoying to listen to the same song over and over when the car is started.
The dealer couldn't provide any assistance with this.
Thank you,
