Seen it lol.

I wouldn't do anything about it, removing it will just cause more problems. If your worried that its dirty or something it wouldn't hurt to sea foam your engine. If you haven't done that before its a good idea and its easy, I have a how to on it as well, just check my "threads created by jeg0024" in my profile.
 
When my VICS fell off my car ran fine minus the sound of screws bouncing around around in the cylinders
 
Removed VTCS long time ago when loctiting my VICS screws & doing P&P on the IM. Have had no issues whatsoever. What other problems you thinking it'll cause? (Other than negligent reassembly issues)

But would you agree that it might cause a random multiple cylnder misfire code?


How did those spark pulgs look when you changed them out man?
