Oh man, Twins are my weakness. I've got a '71 right now, had a '74 and currently restoring a '65. (that I'm trying to convince the client to sell me!)

Where are you located?

Someone like you is who I would want to take my '72 Twin Reverb to... If it wouldn't cost half a million dollars to send to you. LOL.

I'm in Ohio.

Took a picture of my Fender stuff in honor of Leo's birthday the other day.

^^^ That was freaking awesome. I like the "bass" players face at 1:29. haha! Those bluegrass guys can really freaking play, man. Well, the bassplayers can nap on the 1-5-1-5-1-5-1-5 but you know what I mean. haha

Blue grass is huge and a big part of culture around here. I get my music genes mostly from my father's side. My cousins Rex and Ralph McGee are incredible and Rex has been named in the top 5 Banjo and fiddle players in the world. They play Banjo, guitar, fiddle, mandolin, and more

and a video of Ralph

These guys are my 4th cousins I believe? Their mom and my Dad's mom were first cousins.

Ralph owns a music store about 10 mins from my house and had these Pickin' get-togethers every Wed. Here is one

So, I've been listening to a lot of Zakk Wylde lately. He and Stevie Ray Vaughn were two big influences on me on playing guitar. The first time I heard Ozzy's No More Tears album, I was hooked.

Some pre-berzerker Zakk, chock full of so many pentatonic runs, you almost want to remind him that there are other notes on the fret board.

Man, I'd love to get my hands on some of those. That twin and the SF bassman esp.

I'm in Southern ON... We're not THAT far ;-)

I just got off the phone with the guitarist for Uncle Kracker, Mike Adkins. He was asking for an artist discount and the best I would offer him was 40% off our list price (since let's be honest, that band blows. lulz). And he tried to haggle me down to dealer pricing and was saying he can get that price online, blah blah blah. Yeah, I stuck with 40%, buddy. He said he was going to talk to his tour manager and call me back. Now if it's someone who is nice, and doesn't do the whole "I'm kinda a big deal" talk with me, I'll hook you up. I talked to Weird Al's guitarist last week. He was cool as heck and got a great price.

Just a little rant. haha

ps- we sell acrylic acoustic guitar and drum shields.

I don't know if I'm allowed to post a link or not. I work for ClearSonic. I was in the shop for 8 years now I'm in the office answering the phone and placing orders. A lot of us are musicians here but I'm the only real musician in the office fulltime so it's nice to help out customers and I know what they're talking about. It's typically pretty freaking boring though. I rarely get to talk to famous people, it's usually their tour manager calling. But it's a good job and I get paid well for not having a college degree. :)

Post up. It's not a car product that could take away from authorized vendors on here.

Cool, I just browsed your site. I order 90% of stuff from Musician's friend. I've also hit up Zzounds, music123, and others. I get paid poorly for having 2 college degrees

*P.S. has your website been updated since AOL 2.0?

Why did only your right ear hate the video? Because it's in 7/8?

I remember you mentioned you work at a Haunted House. That would be so fun to work there. But I would be scared shitless if I went there. Unless that "Bacon" character chased me, then I would laugh.

Sorry for the off topic chatter, gentlemen.

Starting to get into the difficult things in drum lessons. It's exciting! I'm learning fast!
