Guitarists?

^^^ LOL! Phen and I are house-mates and both musicians, though opposite sides of the musical spectrum.

Now the amps, Phen! haha! I'm slowly catching up to your collection...

I don't have the time or resources to take pictures of all my guitars, basses, amps, cases.....hey....this is rhyming lol

I found my old Warmoth I built on TalkBass.com. Apparently one of the previous owners did a couple gigs with Keith Urban with it. That made me feel good.

When I get my own house I'm going to set up one room with a small bench and built my own Warmoth basses for customers. There is a crazy demand for them (since most bassists don't know how to work on their own gear) and maybe make a couple bucks.

^Sounds like a good plan. How much do those guys usually go for?

Can I have Phen when you leave him? I have an extra room at my house

I don't think your house is big enough for all Phen's crap. haha

You would be shocked to see how much these guys pay for assembled basses. My Warmoth was top-o-line everything and cost me $1400. There is a cat who used to work for Sadowsky who assembles Warmoth basses and he charges about $2k for a bass. And Warmoth does all the finishes, he just assembles the hardware and wires them up. Pffsht, I could do that! haha

It doesn't look that hard. This one guy does all his sales on TalkBass.com and everything is word of mouth for his "marketing" and there is a 4 month waiting list. Bassist are weird.

I totally agree. Especially for ~$3500 + shipping from New Zealand. No thanks. I'll stick to my chunky, heavy-ass Fender bassball bat, thanks.
