Was going to install this weekend but, rain rain rain rain........oh well if you dont like the weather in Texas just wait a day!

Yes Oe side sills first.

Then Thailand carbon fiber side sill shorties go on top (I painted them matte black dont shoot me)

Front lip and rear diffuser via 3dcarbon matte black

Fender flares AOS Thailand

All my stuff came fast!

(Font has connections)

how do the oem side sills compare to the 3d carbon side sills as far as looks and price?

Do the oem match up well with the 3d carbon pieces when mixed and matched?

Fender flares.. how are they installed? thanks.. and good job.. me jelly..

The OE side sills require holes being drilled all down your car. I installed myself and was nervous. However it was not hard just need patience plus they fit seemless so hard to mess up install. Holes are filed to clean sharp edges and touch up paint applied to prevent rust. The OE side sills are also held by big mount clips under car and a bunch of little ones down the side wich have gaskets on each one.:) Very ridgid! That being said I have kids and foot traffic in that area concerns me but have had no issues thus far. I go through car wash all the time so you bet overkill is better.

As for the 3dcarbon price and looks are par with OE. As far as construction they are ridgid and held on with a bunch of screws bolts and......polyeurathane :) so those are not going anywhere either.

The shorty side sills have holes predrilled mount to back and underside of oe side sills. I cleaned back with alchohol and threw on some 3m tape to help as well.

The fender flares mount to the fender lip and did not come with any instructions but they only go on one way it will be hard to get it wrong. I did affix light weatherproof epoxy to the little gasket on flares and a thin layer of 3m tape to backside in effort to make more secure. Probably overkill but like I said Kids and Car washes.
:D
