i cant find it after 2 pages of google searching... wtf? i hate looking for wheel weights, its like trying to find a needle in a haystack... wtf...

anyone know 57F weight (17x7.5....just for s****... i wanna see how much this expensive ass wheel weighs..)

if i remember right, the 57c and the 57f are pretty much the same wheel, but the 57f is a special fitment only wheel. the 57c is what would fit the msp. either way they cost the same and both weigh about 17.5lbs (in 17x7 size).

if you want light wheels (and you if you like the design) the enkei RP-F1 17x7.5 +48 5x114.3 are 15 lbs each. and they are cheaper than the gram lights. autornd sells them.

hmm, not bad...i want a gold or bronze rim....not sure if i should go 17 or 16 though...but im tired of the racing harts being so heavy... i'm looking for a nice lightweight 5 spoke (maybe 6 spoke depending on design), simple design. anyone have any suggestions?

the Enkei RP-F1s come in gold, silver and something called SBC (super brilliant coating) which is basically almost like chrome.

as for size, i guess it depends on what application and look you want. 16s would be even lighter, but you will have to run a higher profile tire, probably 50 to compensate. i think 17s and keeping the stock tire size 215/45/17 would work well.

i think the stock msp rims are like 21 to 22 lbs each? either way, you are saving at least 6 to 7 lbs static weight at each corner and a total weight from 24 - 28 lbs. the most important thing is that you are saving even more rotating weight. i'm sure it will do wonders for handling, braking and acceleration. i am planning on getting a set next spring.

stock MSP rims are 24lbs in box.

i think im gonna go 17 because i still have a ton of meat left on my ecsta MXs in 215/45/17

yea im riding on 16" p5 wheels and tires (dunlop) now and the difference in acceleration and handling (not grip though, these tires are teh suck for high performance) is astounding, and they are 19lbs w/o tire, IIRC

My 16" P5 wheels feel sluggish compared to the K1s. I can't wait to get some lightweight 15s with FATTY 225 tires.
