Gracenote Update Tab Grayed out - Can't Update?

In the last screen, The update tab is grayed out. I have the USB thumb drive with .up file in place.

Anyone know why?

I just updated without a hitch.

The key to this is that the file name must be: update.package and it is about 19megs

They had the wrong file before, it was for the Mazda3, not the CX5

Same problem here with update now button grayed out after going through the 50 disclaimers. US spec 2014.5 Touring. 18mb update.package file in root of USB drive.

This is a good point. I just downloaded the update for gracenote and just got my cx5 tonight from the dealer, will see if the update button is greyed out

So when I went through the update process and through all of the warnings that it has to disable a lot of things to update, the last page has an update button that was greyed out for a few seconds before I could press it to update the system. Have a feeling it is due to the system wanting you to read the last warning to wait for the update and to be patient.

Make sure the update is on root of drive and formatted FAT32
