Common metric bolt with 12mm head.......I used 3 different length ones with thick washers to pull it up flush. The longest first will get it going but bottom out in the hole, back it out & use the next shortest one & do the same thing. The next shorter one should pull it up flush. OR keep stacking washers on the same bolt. Whichever...........use some grease or antiseize on the pump shaft.

Im not going to say anything about my current pulleys condition except they are all great. I dont want to jinx myself.

So what happened was the lip came off and then what?

The lip came off and was just hanging there making a rattling chain noise under the hood. I cut the ring off and just let everything be untill I had time to install the replacement. Everything else stayed in place but I didn't like not having that innner lip there.

Im going to be installing the PS pulley on wednesday... any advice... im going to rent a pulley press anything else i really need... im also going to be working with a mechanic doing it..do i need a pulley puller? or will i be able to just get it off.. also do i need any new bolts?

2 jaw puller to remove, didn't heat mine any, went on fine. I didn't undo any fluid lines either. Take pump out of bracket, remove resevoir from mounting, remove line from bracket by strut then twist the pump around until it points straight up, put 2 jaw puller on it & pull pulley off. Then put pump back in bracket & use washers/socket/bolt to pull new one back on.

so you didnt even use a pulley press...?

I received the crank pulley I was waiting for yesterday and now have received all the pullies that I ordered from Medieval. It did take a while but Brach got them all to me. For those of you still waiting on stuff just keep in communication with him, be patient and I believe you will get your parts.

Did the PS pulley again today. Ruined the recall pulley pulling it off, awww. Broke head off a screw pulling new one back on but got piece out with vice grips & didn't bottom out the next one. No press, no oven, no fluid loss, no problem. All good on road test, no belt noise no bearing noise.
