got my bomz intake...how do i install?!?!?!

i don't know what level your mechanical skills are but it is really easy. just go slow and don't pull on anything too hard. i would start at the front of the intake and disasemble backwards. everything come off really smoothly. don't forget to remove the conections for the mass air meter and the temp sensor. don't want to break those wires. after you have taken apart the intake up to the mass air, unhook the rest of the tubing from the throttle body. i think you just need a flat head screwdriver for this one. you will need to find a place for you purge selinoid. once the stock intake is out of the way begin installing the new one. you may want to test fit it by putting the whole thing together with out hose clamps to make sure it fits properly. i had to use a hack saw to cut the piping on mine cause it was way too long. use the brackets they give you to hold the intake up. i connected mine to the screws on the mass air meter that are near the battery. then i connected the other end to the battery tray. kinda ghetto but i couldn't find anything better to do with it. by this point you should just need to connect the last pipe and filter. my advice is to throw that filter they gave you away and drop the $30 for a K&N. good luck

If I am correct, stealth did a post with pretty damn good pictures on how to install.

You're only problem is the little gold thing in your car that is resting in the black rubber piping (that comes stock). This is the purge solenoid. Tie it down somewhere...some say keep it level.

Good luck
