Very nice, I want those blacked out headlights for my Laser Blue! The logos on the side on the rear doors look very nice too.

Thanks guys.. I love driving it.. though only put 50kms on it last night - it got dark early and I only went for a short drive downtown.

Yeah, the P5 logo is top class. Dearship said they have sold a lot of P5s with that on it.

I second that, I want those blacked out headlights. Does anyone know why we couldn't just call a canadian dealership and order them? I know frieght to the states may be a little costly I can't see why they would be a problem.

re: headlights - I can find out from my dealer how much and ship to you guys if you like

headlamp will probabaly cost you about 215$ each, if not more. You can ship your headlights to me and I'll paint both for 50$ if you want, heh.

I haven't painted mine because I'm not sure how it will look with a carbon fiber hood and wall that jazz. besides what is the point in having carbonfiber eyebrows on a black headlight?

1. is that cool Protege5 logo a sticker your dealer is having made or is it something from Mazda. Possible to get one for myself?

2. I figured the headlights would be pretty pricey. Perhaps if I ever break one of mine I'll go for them. Unless somebody who just bought one with black lamps wants to trade? (the problem with this is, it's my only car and I drive at night every day, so I would have to wait till the new lamps got here before I could send mine) Just a thought.

Yes, apparently they organised it from a local company. All the rage in Montreal I am told

I am also curious about the bugshield. Is that from Mazda? Also you have "Step Plate" in your mods. I was wondering if this is the sill plate for the P5?

yeah I got the dealership to install that - I will take a closer look to see if it is a Mazda Branded part.... - My 2002 Accessories flyer does not have it listed.
The part number for the "REAR BUMPER GUARD" is 0000-8T-J01
and the CARGO TRAY is 0000-8B-J02.
What's a "SILL" ?

Oh and I got WEATHER STRIPS installed as well
