Of course, not gonna give up that baby.
I was looking at getting a 3S but Mazda dealers wouldn't cut me a deal so F them! I went to 3 Mazda dealers but none of them would offer me a good one.
I was looking at this 3S with leather seats, moonroof & 6 in-dash, sport package, ABS & side curtain.
1. Brown's Fairfax.
- Has the car.
- I offered $18.5K and even offered $19K.
- They wanted $19.5K.
- Them being stingy I looked at the other dealers.
2. Roshental Arlington.
- Has same car but w/out ABS & side curtain but has rear lip spoiler.
- I offered $17.5K.
- They wanted $18.5K.
- They offered again for $18.2K.
- When I was about to close it, this George manager backed out because apparently the manager who offered me $18.2K doesn't work there no more. Bad business! They should honor it to begin with. Now he's calling trying to find out if I'm still interested and I told him with that price I can get an Accord EX and he was like "Then go get an Accord." What kind of professionalism is that? Bad bad bad business!
3. Rosenthal Tyson's.
- Same car as Brown's but not in stock they said can get it from other dealer.
- They wanted $19.8K. Ha, ha! I offered $18.5K.
- They went down to $19.3K. I offered $19K. They won't bite.
- Then I crossed the lot to Honda's and got the Accord EX.
- Funny the guy I talked to at Mazda saw me driving the Accord. Today he called and said "Come in I have a good news for you!" Too late for that now. Ha, ha!
I thought I offered reasonable prices and even well over. I heard all excuses why they couldn't make me a good deal from "keeping up with utilities such as cleaning and mainting the car" - which I don't give a **** anyway. "Supply and demand" - I can count with my one hand how many 3's I see in a day, if it's a Honda then I would believe that. They couldn't even sell them coz the price is too steep for a compact car. I like it and I think it's good but the it's over priced.
