A lot of girls don't give a s*** about driving fast... must have something to do with the lack of testosterone or something. Comfort and "bells and whistles" often times play a bigger role. If you asked your sister (btw, when are you gonna post some damn pics?!! hahaha j/k man...) if you asked her what her priorities that may help you narrow your choice down.
On that note... you should be applauded for putting this much effort in. A lot of guys wouldn't even give a s***... you clearly have a good relationship with your sister.

sounds to me like she needs a bmw 318i sedan. slow, but still peppy in its own way. stylish. ungodly reliable. 4 door. and can definently be had for much under 13k with very low miles and excelent condition.

if that one wasn't sold when i went today i would be driving that right now, but they're very very nice cars, maybe a bit over the price but maybe private with a few more miles you could get one. they also are pretty easy to get more power out of, 5 valves/cylinder is nice. i sat in one, pimptastic. just wish i could afford the s4 now instead of in a while
