GI: TX Meet 2008

The 30th is a Friday and is a race night, the 31st is an all day event.

Here's a tentative plan of events.

Friday afternoon - meet up in Ennis for Racing, best night to get a lot of runs.
Starts on May 30, 2008 at 6:00PM
Ends on May 30, 2008 at 11:45PM
$15.00 To Race
$10.00 To Watch
Saturday day - import event in Ennis, more racing, show, trade/ sell parts etc. bring cash and your goods to sell!
Saturday night - night out in Dallas for 21+ group
Sunday - afternoon photo shoot somewhere in D/FW or go straight home

So now we have a good # of people, let's toss some ideas and suggestions.

Do you guys who are planning on coming from out of the area want to set up a deal at a local hotel where we can try and get a group rate?

This will most likely happen on a weekend, Friday & Saturday.

Friday night can be the meet everyone night. We can all go roll up into a Sonic drive-in and check out all the cars.

Saturday will probably be the event day.
Now throw some ideas out.

Budget wise try to keep the stuff down to $50 or less for the main event, and under $20 for smaller stuff.
