once the event date and details are set, the people who need a hotel can make a list and negotiate a group rate with a local hotel willing to offer a deal.

Do you guys have any twisties out in Dallas? A good run similar to the one we did in Austin before 2005 would be nice. I would be interested in staying in a Hotel if we can get a group rate going. Also, what sort of events could we do at night? Any car meets etc? Think of a good spot for a group photo too. I don't know much about Dallas but Im sure there is a great background for a photo somewhere.

I'm thinking one of the umpteen million parking lots infront of the American Airlines center, and some good shots on the highway around Reunion Tower.

On a side note, April would be better for us, not that you guys have to work around our schedule, there's three weekends of events all in March down here.

1st Auto-X
2nd PCA 2 day event
3rd is Texas Mile (in Goliad, but alot of us will be attending.
