GI: Replacement exhaust manifold

I'm in since I'm still waiting for my MAM manifold! ;)

Seriously, I'm very interested. And I bought a Mini so I can start tearing apart the MSP again!

I didn't really want to make a MAM look alike because that just feels wrong to me, but thats really the only layout the tubes want to be in. It looks awesome so I can't complain about that I just set out to build one and it slowly morphed - I imagine thats the same thing that happened when MAM built the first ones.

As far as pricing is concerned, I am honoring all pre-order sales no matter what they cost me to build, but I'm not 100% confident that I'll be able to hold the line at the projected $475. It won't move much, but I may have to make it $500-$525 by the time its all said and done. EWG and EGR will remain options.

The prototype will be tacked, test fit, and photoed this weekend. I would have it done sooner, but I'm out of town Wednesday-Saturday. If you're interested in an intake manifold, be sure to check the other thread - I've made some progress and decisions on that front.

Coating is entirely up to the end user. I won't be coating them because they will be all stainless and that just seems like a crime to me.

Subbing pending pics of a Finished product. I liked the MAM and would love to have a similar one. EGR shouldn't really be an extra option if its being marketed as a stock replacement.

i need a new manifold this year though. so excited to see what you come up with. heard too many horror stories of thunders and steedspeeds are expensive as hell and discontinued =(. please dont make me buy a thunder lol.

awesome!
I'm interested in both the intake manifold, and the turbo manifold. i don't need EGR on either, but EWG is something I'd definitely have interest in. lmk if you wanna work out a deal!

for your prices i could nearly buy both manifolds for the same price i was going to buy a 505...

will see lol 10 bucks!

I'm planning to have the first customer pipe in the mail by April 1 - work quickly.

Just want to let everyone know that I'll be out of town for the rest of the week. I'm a FIRST Robotics Mentor and we're headed up to Cleveland to compete in the Buckeye Regional Event. I'll check the site occasionally, but my responses will be slower (and shorter) than normal.

Well I think my callaway is finally starting to crack more. They have just been surface cracks but not anymore. So guess ill need this sooner rather than later.

So for those of us who want ewg, what flange option are you offering?

Scweet. Maybe ill find a ewg with a 10psi spring and roll with it.....

Any idea on final price? And could we set up some payment thing?
