As far as, the brackets go. I'm still trying to find a shop that can get this done in the price range/timeframe that will be needed. It look's like it might take awhile to find one so far. This is going to take alot of patience on my end to make everything come together right...

Rushing is never a good thing... I will give everyone sometime to get things in order before the GB happens.

The original AXR Clunk Fix was $225.

I have a fabricator working on one now. It was drawn up in Solid Works and the first part laser cut, formed and welded up this past Monday. It is based on the Racing Beat design http://www.racingbeat.com/Protege/projectmp3/dev3.htm, which uses the stock Mazdaspeed/Racing Beat bushing and bracket. I will post up pictures of the part later today. I should have a quote from the fabricator by Friday. I got a quote from the powder coater today for medium gloss black (similar to the sub frame). I still need to source double split collars. I may be able to get them from the fabricator. The AXR uses standard black oxide collars and they tend to rust so I am thinking aluminum.

This part will be substantially less expensive than the AXR, possibly over 50% less. Now I need to apply for merchant status.
