Getting Beat By Civic Si!??!??!?!??!

k, just to start it of... my brother has a 99 civic si... dc headers and exhaust... and aem cai.... on my MSP... i have a aem cai... he bought the car with those upgrades so get off me... mine is in the works... new job... taking a bit but i start in two weeks so i will be able to afford the parts i want... anyways... i should at least be keeping up if not beating him right??? what i really want to know is has anyone have a problem where if you dump the car in to say 2nd or 3rd... and get on the gas... the car doesnt seem to go anywhere... and i dont hear the turbo spool or pull it may spool but it doesnt pull at all... not even at high rpm's is this due to any reason... air/fuel???? or just not running enough boost... i am running stock boost... and want to get a boost controller... but i know if i just get a boost controller im probably gonna mess something up so if there are any suggestions i should buy along with or before the boost controller???... i was told to get a fuel managment system... and mine is the 03.5 so it should have been flashed right??? i called the dealer ship and they said all 03.5's had been flashed... get back to me guys... im tired of gettin beat by hondas!!!!

you should be kicking the s*** out of that car, get a boost gauge.
if your boost shows to be around 7psi or so, then you have other issues.

i have a boost gauge and when its to the floor... the gauge reads close to 10psi

yeah but the car shouldnt be at 10psi cause i havent up'd the boost at all... but other than that what could be the problem???

yeah but it doesnt come on at all, i have noticed something flash real quick and then flash back off before though a couple of times, not while i was getting on it though never looked

check all your vacuum connections. The stock lines suck and are known to leak. This DOES sound like a vacuum leak. There's no way you're hitting 10psi stock. Something is ****** up.
