Getting a good deal on Fujita CAI. Any down sides?

My buddy found me an awesome deal on a Fujita CAI for my MS6. Are there any downsides to the Fujita compared the AEM, Injen, ect.? I hear the SRI from Cobb net the almos the same gain and cost less than a CAI but it gets pretty hot here in FL and you can bake a potato under the hood of a MS6 after running it hard.

It's a well made item. Any CAI will make your car loud as hell, so just be prepared. Everything lined up perfectly on mine, just bought a couple extra small hose clamps for the silicone vacuum hose to be safe.

How loud are we talking about. Is it loud only under heavy accelleration or no matter at what RPM? I had an AEM CAI on my Mazda3 Hatch that wasn't noticeable under 3k

Yeah, normal under 3k rpm
