Since I'm sure I wouldn't be able to sell the mani without the dp I could do the whole thing for $125+shipping minus the wga...I'm going to make a 3" boost activated cutout with that.
 
What do you mean by Thunder Mani Project....sorry can't see the pics here at work.
 
Unfortunately it cracked between the two middle runners time and again at 20psi. Re-welded several times later but with the amount of boost I run it just kept cracking right next to the same spot. I think it can be ground down and cut out a bit to weld a small plate in there versus a big averlapped blob of weld retaining all the heat.
 
Damn....you P5 guys boosting.....for whatever reason I was thinking NA.....(hand)
 
The Hiboost mani and dp are bullet proof on the other hand and I saw a replacement turbo on ebay out of a 07 STI IHI VF43 went for $355 and spools and puts out close to the same as my t25 gt3071.
 
is the thunder mani usable as is? or does it need to be fixed again? I'm only running 12 psi so not
worried too much as long as it's sealed right now.
 
Bump I know somebody wants a fullsize P5 radiator!!

Hiboost Mani and Dp needs replacement IHI Turbo (these are some that can be used and found cheap WRX and STI upgrades and oem) Vf-22, VF-34, VF-39, VF-43, VF-48
