Yes it will work fine with the stock knob. I had it like that when I sold my shift knob.

Yes the bushings are up for grabs and yes to my knowledge the Mz3 setup is the same as the MS3, it should fit

Wow, that steering wheel cover is sick...i didnt know redline offered steering wheel covers.

How hard was it to lace the cover onto the wheel? How come i don't see it on their site?

edit: oops, nm...for a minute I thought the wheel was two toned like your shifter boot.
