FS issues with Artur1976, buyer beware

Please note that Artur1976 tried to scam me. I paid for an exhaust manifold and Greddy EBC back in EARLY NOVEMBER and he claimed that he shipped it too. After a month of waiting, I decided to send him another message asking what's up. He said he forgot about me and said he would send it the next day.

He made a reply last week in his thread saying that my items were shipped USPS priority to me, but it has been more than a week and I have yet to receive it.

I just opened a dispute on Paypal today because he hasn't replied to me with the receipt.

just checked his thread now and he says the exhaust manifold is BACK UP FOR SALE.

I sent him numerous PMs and he didn't respond.

Becareful and dont' be scammed by him!

i just wanna jump in and say that i literally just delt with artur on a head that he sold me, he was very professional, and i recieved the head in a resonable amount of time considering the holidays.

Seeing as how he filled out the form, I'm not sure if I want to pay more money for it as there's a chance that I'll have to pay duty and taxes for it.
The original agreement was that Artur declares the items at 15USD and he also throws in the brake booster line.
