FS issues with Artur1976, buyer beware

Please note that Artur1976 tried to scam me. I paid for an exhaust manifold and Greddy EBC back in EARLY NOVEMBER and he claimed that he shipped it too. After a month of waiting, I decided to send him another message asking what's up. He said he forgot about me and said he would send it the next day.

He made a reply last week in his thread saying that my items were shipped USPS priority to me, but it has been more than a week and I have yet to receive it.

I just opened a dispute on Paypal today because he hasn't replied to me with the receipt.

just checked his thread now and he says the exhaust manifold is BACK UP FOR SALE.

I sent him numerous PMs and he didn't respond.

Becareful and dont' be scammed by him!

I do not understand how people like you can have multiple standards of decency. First you claim that you're reputable because you're a vendor on another forum, and then you tell us that you spent the OP's money and need to sell the part that he bought to someone else in order to cover his refund.

After you get the OP his refund, please leave this forum and don't return. It's scum like you that make the internet a dangerous place to buy and sell things.

Wow, unfortunate this happened like it did Artur. Very highly regarded and upstanding seller on mr2oc. I saw you even offered to pay half of a rebuild for a part you sent that was not your fault at all. Hopefully this works out and future sales help your reputation on here as well.

First off, I appreciate that you attempted to resolve this problem. But I thought I made a point in one of my posts when I said I was in a tight deadline for needing parts and if I couldn't receive them, I would like a refund. But whatever....it sure beats not having anything at all.

Second, if I were in your position I would ship this Priority (which you had intended to use) instead of First Class because: a) there's no tracking number, just a customs number, who's to say if you even shipped it and b) it's going to take a butt-******* long time for it to make its way to me.

So until I actually receive the parts, I'm not going to stop pursuing this matter.
