FS-DE engine rebuild specs?

I'm in the middle of a rebuild I have most parts, and the engine is completely disassembled. Now I have to take it to the machine shop to get it ready, and I've been looking for the torque specs for the engine's internals but can't find any, only this old thread FS DE rebuild specs.

But the info is gone now, and I can't find anything on the workshop manual either; where could I find it? Any help is much appreciated.

I found these in another forum, bet someone is gonna find them helpful but i’ve yet to find any torque specs.

Just found it! It should be the same as the mazdaspeed right?
