Looking to gauge any interest in possibility of selling a 2003 Spicy Orange Mica MSP. Car is being sold as a Parts car or race only vehicle only. Registration is not possible at this time due to titling Issues stemming from Financing issues approx 3 years prior. Car was purchased in Michigan approx 5 years ago and has had 2 owners total.

Car has Approx 36,000-38,000 miles on it. Completely stock minus a polished AEM Cold Air Intake. Limited Slip is still in good condition, car has been run with synthetic and properly cooled down after heavy use. ECU is not reflashed.

Interior is in perfect shape, Stereo works and car still has original Tires with tread. Never raced, and everything should be in near perfect condition. Ran perfectly last time it was driven but it has been sitting for a while now and battery is dead.

Body is in good condition, with a few chips on hood and driver's side of bumper. Small dent on Passenger's side rear fender, but otherwise no external damage whatsoever.

More pictures pending once we can get some clear weather. Apologies for quality of current pictures.

I do not have a firm asking price at this time and simply want to get rid of it so I can move on. If you are interested, please let me know a price you are willing to offer for it. Would prefer buyers in the Phoenix/Mesa area of Arizona due to ease of showing car and being able to sell it face to face, but will not turn down out of state buyers. Buyer is responsible for shipping arrangements if it must be transported long distance. Though it cannot be registered at this time, due to lack of title, it would be great for a parts car or anyone looking for a track only competition car. Probably worth a decent amount parted out and sold, but I simply don't have the time or space to do this.

honestly, unless its stolen theres no reason you wouldn't be able to get a title for it. Its a pain, but worth it.

you mind posting up the VIN?

Basically the car loan was charged off about three years ago, with no attempts for repossession made, so the car has sit in a state of limbo for the last three years. Bank tacked on their interest fees and sold off the remaining debt and moved on and now I'm stuck with a no title car.

So is there an outstanding lien or no?

If they sold off the debt whoever bought the debt could try to recover the car in the future. Sounds like you ought to just part it out yourself. Anyone buying the car would be taking a significant risk.

caveat emptor! even the shipper is going to want to see a title. unless they are as shady as the circumstances of this one being for sale.
