Front driver side blows hot air

My 2009 CX9 GT front driver side blows hot air.. while passenger and rear sides are normal with cool air blowing..
Did anyone experience the same issue and how to fix this? on which part is the problem ? is it the problem with FRONT AIR MIX ACTUATOR at driver side?

You guessed it. The actuator motor on the driver's side has failed. It happened to my passenger side. Just order the motor an replace.
