Forge BPV or BOV?? which one is better

Ok after upping the boost toaround 9lbs, the injen and catback exhaust the stock bpv has finally shot s*** from all the compressor surge. Which of the two is better for the MSP, the Forge BPV or BOV? I need ot order one and get it replaced since mine is shot. What is the difference in the two?

ok the BOV makes a pisst by venting the air to the atmosphere, but you still dont really stall, just studder on huge blow offs. if you do have stalling problems you can change the stiffness of the spring to accomodate your setup. The BPV does the same thing as the stock unit but will not leak boost and i believe helps eliminate the turkey. I had the BPV, and it does not eliminate the turkey in any way.

don't need to kill the turkey just replace my stocl bpv since the surge has seemed to messed it up

Go with the type s BOV.. If you like the whistle of the BOV you will get it, but if you want the car to run better you can get a 1" hose to recirc it. Thats what I am doing right now, and it works great..
