For Sale issues with yellow pro5 (anyone affected please post in here!)

Hey guys, I sent Yellow Pro5 a check for lover $200 for sonme parts for my P5over 2 months ago, and i still have not got the parts, and he keeps giving me excusues after excuses?

Any of you guys have any problems with this guy?? his name is Zach?

I asked him if he had a paypal account and he told me no, so i sent him a business check, come to find out I know he just purchased some parts of a few members with his paypal account?

I trusted him and now im getting screwed?

every now and then he responds and he assured me that my parts were going out today and that i would have tracking #'s pm'd to me but I got nothing?

any and all help would be appreciated. I am going to go to my bank this week and see if i can recover my funds, and then i am going to try and see what other options i have criminally.

I hate when you put your trust in someone, and they just take your money.

I have been a member on many forums and have never had a problem, this is a first.

wow yeah iam online and i told you i work alot of hours i mean alot and i was suppose to be off today and then i had to do some runs,,, iam sure you have been called in on your day off too i had box loaded in truck when i went to work and never made it over to the ups it was too late

ill never vanish i have met some friends that live near me,,, i have told him from the start and any other things ive sold that i work alot of hours and as soon as i get a chance it will get send out,, iam goin in a lil later in the morning to send it so these will for sure get out

if you can't get things out in a timely fashion, you may want to reconsider selling stuff on here in the future.

You also held my business check for almost 3 weeks, and then contacted me and told me your friend shipped the stuff to me??

over 2 months later, and no parts?

I am a very patient person, but over 2 months is waaay to long.

You assured me that the parts would go out today via ups and you would pm me the tracking #'s and i got nothing. and now that I start a thread about this you reply?

I have tried to contact you all day via pm as well as text on your phone, with no responses, this post was my only choice and hope.

He text me today and said he shipped the stuff out, and is going to PM me the tracking#s when he gets home from work around 10pm?

I have heard this before so i wont believe it until i finally get some tracking #'s then ill hope to get my parts. I will keep you guys posted.

Uh huh... If you're selling something, have it ready to ship before even posting it. I just sold a set of wheels on Monday, they're in the back of my P5this morning, with UPS labels, and I'm dropping them off at the UPS Store today. Even though I'm packing and moving amd "don't have the time," I figure that if I had the time to take someone's money I have time to tape up some boxes, buy shipping labels, and drop off the boxes at UPS. Seriously, it's not difficult or overly time consuming to go online, and print the labels and schedule a pickup from UPS if you "don't have time" to ship.
